Crime Scenes in the Cold!

I woke up today and was sooo tired, I dragged myself out of bed and
went downstairs to eat my egg and soldiers (with marmite on).
yes I'm still a child at heart :P

I decided I wanted to wear something pretty,
so I had my peter pan collar top with a black bodycon skirt and black tights and my trusty Uggs.

I drove to Uni (if you don't already know my degree is in Forensic Biology!)
pulled up and thats when my friend told me we were gathering evidence from a mock up crime scene.
Oh My Goodness!
It was so freakin' cold.
I wore one of the protective suits but they're crazy thin and do not keep you warm in the slightest.
I don't think I've ever been that cold in my life.
Trying to record exhibits with frozen fingers is just chaos!

I am now back home eating lunch with a fleecey blanket wrapped around me,
chicken and mushroom and boiled rice to be precise!
Yum Yum

I've got a mountain of ironing to get through before Mick comes to pick me up for the weekend!

Product of My Week: Colour B4

This definitely has to go to...
 Colour B4 by Scott Cornwall,
what an absolute AMAZING product.
(£12.25)

(Sorry about the first photo, it was the only decent one I had to show off the colour, I was in a club for a friend's 21st. :))

Direct Sunlight:
Such a difference

Pro's
It really does work!
Doesn't take long for the product to start working its magic
Leaves hair nice and shiny and in good condition
Cheaper then going to the salon
Waaay waay wayy better then using bleach
Only one box is needed (I have very thick medium length hair)
Scott Cornwall has a facebook page and will answer any queries that you have!

Con's
Some people may think £12.25 is expensive but I believe it to be very reasonable
Its a bit whiffy
The product itself is quite liquidy/watery so I suggest just tipping it into a tint bowl and work it into your hair with your fingers

Ted the Pig

Normally when I'm chilling out, browsing websites etc I'll bring my little friend for company.
He's not a rat or a hamster but a pig named Ted!
He'll just sit on my lap, snuggle up and fall asleep.
zzzzzzzzzz
Too Cute!

Colour B4 Results and Review

Well this is what I picked up today...
2 boxes of Colour B4 in extra-strength && John Frieda Sheer Blonde Colour Renew

So I took everything out of the box and read the instructions over and over, I really didn't want to make a mistake. The consistency of the liquid is very thin and it runs like hell. I tried using it with a tint bowl and brush but was getting it everywhere! So I decided just to take bits on my finger and run it through my hair
(obviously wearing gloves) It also said that you must work quick because the remover becomes less effective after a while.

It stinks so bad which is the only problem, imo. I opened both windows in my room, poowee.
Once I had it all on my head I covered it in a plastic bag and used a hairdryer to warm it up.
I left it on for about 30minutes. I peeled back the bag and was like 'oh my gosh' I couldn't believe the results! Amazing! I hopped in the shower and rinsed off the mixture, and applied treatment C 2 times.

Colour B4 Results:

Eeeeee Very Happy! I'm Blonde again! Well its quite brassy but I don't really care, that's why I bought the John Frieda Purple Shampoo. Once my roots begin to come through I may just put a champagne dark blonde over, and then get highlights in the summer.

Oh yeh I forgot to mention I only used 1 box of the Colour B4!
Which is great since I do have very thick hair.

Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone.
It honestly does work wonders.

Change of Colour

So I'm pretty much bored of my red hair colour.
I will always revert back to blonde no matter what.
Its the colour I feel most comfortable in.
I told myself I wasn't going to bleach it all the way back to its original shade,
and that is when I stumbled across Colour B4.
I will be buying the extra strength one,
but the thing is I'm not sure whether I would need 2 boxes since I have insanely thick hair :[
I'm expecting it to turn a brassy blonde-ish colour (yikes!)
I would use a purple shampoo but I don't have the foggiest idea where I could buy a bottle!

The colour I am aiming for is a dark blonde, somewhat like my natural colour:

(Sourced from various tumblr accounts)

I think I might try this colour out! It's only £4.99 from Superdrug.

Wish Me Luck!
I don't want multi coloured hair :'[

Top Knot Hairstyle

After watching AndreasChoice's video on a Top Knot Hairstyle on youtube,
I was inspired to recreate one myself.
Since my hairs crazy curly it has lots of volume in it anyway,
so backcombing wasn't necessary!
Its super easy and looks funkay...
