HAIR

Hair Inspiration (Google Images)
As you guys may or may not know, I'm trying to grow my pixie cut out. I am currently at the annoying hobbit stage which is driving me insane and makes me want to chop the whole thing off! Anywhoo, I dyed my hair a dark red/brown a few months ago and since then my roots have started to come through. They're not too obvious but under direct light they look super light and weird. So I'm really wanting to go back to my natural hair colour which is pretty much identical to the lovely lady's above. I want to grow it out and add a subtle blonde ombre to the ends once it becomes all one length. But I'm still a while of all that business, probably another 6 months, eep! Oh well, I'll just have to be patient and grit my teeth ^_^.

  1. I had the same exact photo chosen for my hair inspiration. I too am growing out a pixie. My hair is naturally a similar color but I can't seem to dye that way so I've settled on light/medium brown :) Do you take any supplements to aid your hair growth?

    1. Haha, snap. Oh it's a right nuisance isn't it! I use to take them when I was growing my hair out a couple of years ago, but haven't been lately. Do you take them? xx

  2. Hi ladies! I too am growing out my pixie/faux hawk...I DO take some vitamins...a daily, a HEAVY dose of biotin and silica (specifically for hair) Omega 3 and I put Chia seeds in EVERYTHING I drink or my yogurt or oatmeal..very high in iron, calcium and omega 3's. I've coloured my hair back to a medium/dark brown with just the blonde chunky in the front...once it's longer I'm going to put hilites all through out...I want to follow both of your progress. & Harriet...DON'T cut it it's growing so good and looks absolutely fabu on you!
